This place is spacious and tidy, with welcoming staff members; it has a fantastic location near Centerton & Rogers in Northwest Arkansas.

Very unprofessional place-will not be back-wanted to fill out comment Card when we left but was already filled out by Previous party with bad results-they stayed in room 435 We were in room 318-go figure,patio area wasn't cleaned for 2 days, had to go to front desk and ask that That they clean it

Location: the hotel was really close to numerous restaurants, the Crystal Bridges Museum and many local dining options and the main areas. It was 1 mi from Zaxby's, offering quick-service food

Everything was fantastic.

The staff is efficient and one of the best I've encountered. the location is excellent, making it convenient to use the on-site restaurant. - the rooms are functional and quite spacious. - the bathrooms are fairly clean.

It is a luxury hotel in a relatively small city with easy access to the renouned Crystal Bridges Museum. The room were lovely and the staff very attentive. And (of course) the warm cookies were delicious, as usual. .

The ceramic and tile floors are so much cleaner and more attractive than other materials. They really added to the classic look of the hotel. The water feature in lobby was beautifil. The bed was excellent for comfort and the room had every amenity we could have wanted.

Front staff was no where in sight for late check in at about 11:00. I reserved room on one card but then decided to pay on another but was told that I must pay by the card used to book. I ve never had a problem doing that in other hotels where I book with my personal card then actually pay with my business provided card.

The rooms are great quality and well stocked. the property has an excellent and ideal location, a short walk to the downtown area, shopping centers, restaurants, and the airport. - It's also just a 15-minute drive from Oakley Chapel.

Friendly staff, shuttle service, comfortable, bed, bedding, pillows etc... 2 TVs, ample space.

The rooms with a big desk, access to the executive lounge plus bedroom. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the location was fantastic. Location near to numerous restaurants and shopping venues in the area.

The room we booked had good quality and comfortable beds. the hotel is close to the airport, many restaurants, Crystal Bridges Museum, and local dining options. - There is an attached restaurant nearby.

Great spot to explore nearby restaurants and cafes, just a short distance from Cross Church, the service provided was much appreciated!

Comfortable and well-equipped rooms with large beds and a convenient wake-up service. the building is nice, and there's a separate bedroom 🛏️. the location is fantastic, right by Scottsdale Center.

Convenient location close to everything, with great facilities. Just a stone's throw away from a museum and tons of local dining options, including SAMs for some good eats! 🍽️
